Binjiang Property Embraces “AI + Property Management” to Set a New Benchmark for High-end Smart Property Services
On August 10th, 2025, Hangzhou Binjiang Property Management Co., Ltd. (“Binjiang Property”), a subsidiary of Binjiang Service Group, and Universal Ubiquitous AI Co., Ltd. (“Uni-Ubi”) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Hangzhou. The two parties will establish a strategic partnership in the development of AI-driven property management and robotics applications, collaborating comprehensively on solution development, product trials, and commercial market promotion in the field of AI-driven property services. Dr. Qi Jiaqi, Executive Director and Vice President of Binjiang Service Group, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the company and delivered a speech.
Dr. Qi Jiaqi addressed that AI technology will be the key to breaking through bottlenecks in the property management industry. The AI technology required by Binjiang Services must align with Binjiang’s new high-quality housing standards, which emphasize “excellent architecture, fine decoration, beautiful landscapes, top-tier amenities, and premium services”. This year, the Government Work Report for the first time included the concept of "high-quality housing”, explicitly outlining requirements for “safety, comfort, eco-friendliness, and intelligence”. While Binjiang wasn’t the earliest entrant into smart property management, its current partnership with Uni-Ubi, a company with deep industry know-how and a shared development vision, enables its creation of a new paradigm for high-end smart property management with greater efficiency.
Uni-Ubi is an AI company with years of expertise in smart community, property management, and energy conservation, and offers comprehensive solutions, products, and systems for smart property platforms and AI-driven energy efficiency. By replacing traditional manual services with AIoT management systems and multimodal safety-security models, it leverages intelligent health monitoring, AI-driven energy management, and robotic delivery to reduce community operation costs, achieving closed-loop value creation in safety alerts, energy consumption optimization, and last-mile logistics.
Dr. Qi Jiaqi emphasized that as a flagship high-end property service provider, Binjiang has always prioritized enhancing user satisfaction and well-being over cost reduction and efficient enhancement. This collaboration will be implemented in short, medium, and long-term phases. In the short term, the focus will be on intelligent inspections and energy-saving air conditioning and lighting; the medium-term goal involves replacing manual labor with AI to automate maintenance upgrades in public areas; in the long term, robots with mature capabilities will be introduced into communities to provide personalized services, balancing efficiency enhancement with a commitment to warmth and quality in service.
Binjiang Service will uphold its corporate vision of being “the Leader of Property Management Brands and the Setter of High Quality Standards”. By leveraging AI as an engine for high-quality growth, it aims to solidify its brand premium, foster an industrial ecosystem, and achieve a synergistic resonance between service value and commercial value.
